Natural folders that make sense to you

Unlike people, it’s almost impossible for automatic filing Rules to reliably classify emails into useful folders such as projects, clients or legal matters. So KnowledgeMill lets people do the filing, but with only one tenth of the effort. The result is 100% filing in natural, meaningful folders.

Mostly those folders will be formally defined by your business, and KnowledgeMill will automatically mirror an existing corporate filing structure as required. But additionally, users can be allowed to create ad-hoc folders to share – great for informal projects, fast kick-offs or small teams.

Not every email is your business’s business, so apart from simply not sharing a folder, KnowledgeMill also gives everyone a personal area for private folders.
