Most business information benefits from being shared with colleagues.  KnowledgeMill folders do that right from within Outlook. As a shared folder is updated, it’s instantly available to colleagues from within their own Outlook. It’s a bit like Dropbox, but with emails and without leaving Outlook.

Sharing isn’t right for everything, so  KnowledgeMill incorporates straightforward permissions setting by folder and by user. And everyone retains a personal area for emails that aren’t business related.
