Kevin Baker
CTO
Kevin is an applications architecture, development and delivery expert. Kevin built his expertise by architecting and leading complex implementations for global enterprise companies and has worked in various locations around the world. Prior to joining Knowledgemill in 2016, Kevin held a number of senior consulting and CIO roles which include Deloitte Consulting, Keane Consulting UK, Jardine Lloyd Thompson and James Martin & Company.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Brunel University.
Stuart Burnop
CEO
Stuart specializes in restructuring and turnaround strategies, successfully leading companies through transformation phases. He has a proven record in revitalizing underperforming businesses and optimizing operations for sustainable growth. His accounting background and directorial experience provide him with a deep understanding of financial management and strategic planning.
At Knowledgemill, Stuart oversees financial management, strategic planning, and commercial operations. He is a qualified accountant (FCCA) with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC). Outside of work, he enjoys golf and padel tennis.
Carl Boddy
CCO
Carl has over 30 years’ experience in the information technology vendor market. Managing teams and businesses across both the global services and software sectors in organisations ranging in scale from start-up through to large corporates such as Ernst & Young.
Following successfully turning around and growing a software company, which he sold to IBM in 2013, he has latterly specialised in advisory roles in the areas of go-to-market strategy, growth hacking, securing venture funding and personally investing in a portfolio of AI start-ups.
Carl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemical Pharmacology (spec. Immunology) from Portsmouth University. Outside of work, Carl has a passion for flying vintage aircraft and downhill mountain bike racing.
Phil Fryer Ward
CMO
Phil is a technology marketing and communications specialist. He has delivered successful branding, communications and creative services projects for more than 20 years on both the vendor and agency side. He has extensive experience in Service Management, CRM, Fintech and emerging AI-enhanced technology startups, and has built a solid reputation for turning complex technology ideas into usable and engaging communications.
Nilesh Choudhary
Director, Delivery & Implementation
Nilesh is a very experienced technology professional with over 14 years of experience in solution design, architecture, infrastructure, and networking. Nilesh also excels in vulnerability management and penetration testing. Nilesh has a wide experience of working within different industries like media, law, and ecommerce. He has worked with diverse clients across the globe from small consulting firms to large construction, Legal and auditing firms.
Nilesh is the holder of a Bachelor’s in Computer Application degree from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, India and a Master in Science degree (Multimedia and Technology) from the University of Hertfordshire.
